We have another sketch up today over at the Sketch Girl blog and this is what I created. I used the lovely rabbit - very artistically drawn and download-able HERE at Phindy's Place, who is the sponsor for this SG15. I resized the image and printed him on Neenah paper, colored him, masked the image, and sponged the blue and green background. I created the mask by printing the image on thin printer paper and sticking it down with removable dotto; after the sponging was complete I removed the mask. I took a little liberty on the sketch and made the strips straight, fitting tightly together, and extending to the end of the card. Once the card was put together I thought the tail needed a little fluff, so I glued on a little flocking powder from Doodlebug.
Make sure you check out what the other gals created and stop by the Sketch Girl blog to play along --Phindy is offering a $10 gift certificate to her store to the SG15 winner.

Beautiful card. I love your bunny, I was beginning to think I was the only one that colored their bunny brown.
So very cute!!! Nice job and love the coloring and dp you used.
I love that he is chocolate!! And the tail is so cute. And your background is amazing! My sponging never looks like that!
Stunning card! Love the colors you used, so vivid, and how you gave him a background.
What a cute bunny! Your coloring looks great and I love your sponged background.
Have a wonderful Easter!
What a cutie! The tail is perfect and I like that you switched up the strips on the sketch a bit. Plus you created the perfect background too!
Great card! I left my little cotton tail white too so I could flock it and then totally forgot! lol
