I completed my first half marathon on Saturday. I wasn't feeling well, but I didn't train for 10 weeks and pay for the half and not go. I went a little slower and watched my heart rate. When all was said and done my official time was 2:30:01, which was my sick goal. My next goal will be to finish closer to 2hr. Here is a photo of me pushing my way to the finish line:
And here is a celebrate card. I used a sketch from the Go To Sketches magazine and I was inspired by someone's card, but I can't remember who. So if you know who posted a similar card let me know - I want to give credit where credit is due. Thanks and enjoy your monday! I am going back to bed - my sick is so much worse than on Saturday : (
