Felt Merry & Bright
I had a crafting weekend over at Marisa's last weekend and I just had to use here tree die cut from PTI using my spring green felt from Felt on the Fly. I love using dies to cut felt to make my own embellishments and I also thought it would be fun to play along with the Die Cut challenge going on over at the Caardvards blog. I strung silver rope through the die cut, felt tree and added a few buttons before adhering it to some stitched Crate Paper paper mounted on Early Espresso paper (my new fav color). To finish it off by adding the image to a debossed, wood grain background.
Supplies
Paper: Kraft, Whisper White, and Early Espresso (SU!); Christmas Patterned Paper (Crate Paper)
Ink: Early Espresso (SU!); Tea Dye Duo (PTI)
Stamps: Tags #9 (PTI)
Extras: Silver Cord (From my stash - may arts??); Buttons (PTI and Autumn Leaves); Punch (SU!); Wood Grain embossing plate (PTI)
